Steps to Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS Portal

Follow these steps to check your admission status:

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility Portal
   Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to Your JAMB Profile
   Use your username and password to log in.
3. Locate and Click on ‘Check Admission Status’
   Scroll down and find the “Check Admission Status” tab.
4. Access CAPS
   Click on “Admission Status” or “Access my CAPS.”
5. Enable Desktop Site (For Mobile Users)
   • Tap the three-dotted menu (⋮) at the top right corner of your browser.
   • Tick the “Desktop site” option.
6. View Admission Status
   Click on “Admission Status” to see one of the following messages:
   • Case 1: “CONGRATULATIONS…”
     Accept or reject your admission offer and wait for further instructions.
   • Case 2: “Admission in Progress, Check Back Later”
     Be patient; check again in a few days or weeks.
   • Case 3: “NOT ADMITTED”
     Don’t lose hope you might still gain admission. Keep checking back.

If you have been offered admission:

1. Log into the JAMB CAPS Portal.
2. Click on “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” to indicate your decision regarding the admission offer.

Acceptance Fee Payment

Amount: ₦25,000 (non-refundable).

Procedure for Payment of Acceptance Fee

Follow these steps to pay the acceptance fee:

1. Log on to the Portal
   Visit the designated university portal.
2. Access the Eduportal
   Click on “Eduportal.”
3. Enter Your Details
   • Type your JAMB Registration Number.
   • Provide a valid Email Address and Phone Number.
4. Proceed
   Click on “Proceed” to continue.
5. Student Payment Code (SPC)
   • Your SPC will be displayed on the screen.
   • It will also be sent to your registered phone number.
6. Pay the Acceptance Fee
   • Select “Acceptance Fee.”
   • Enter your SPC in the provided text box and click “Proceed.”
7. Select Your Level
   Choose your academic level and click “Proceed.”
8. Choose Payment Method
   Pick your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
9. Get Your Admission Letter
   After successful payment, click “Get Acceptance/Admission Letter.”

Follow-up Actions

After successfully paying the acceptance fee, follow these steps:

1. Print the Acceptance Form
   • Follow the instructions provided on the portal to print your Acceptance Form as proof of payment.
2. Print the Admission Letter
   • Download and print your UNICROSS Admission Letter to officially confirm your admission.
3. View the Fee Chart
   • Access the portal to check the Fee Chart for your department or faculty and plan for further payments.
