BIU Post UTME 2024 registration is up from all interested candidates who put BIU as their first choice of institution. These candidates must have also been admitted by JAMB prior this Post UTME exercise. This article will give registration details and how to scale the examination.
BIU Post UTME 2024 Registration Details
Follow these guidelines for a successful registration:
- Visit the application link.
- Create a free B.I.U. Admissions account
- Log into your B.I.U. Admissions Account
- Pay for your Admission Form
- Fill the Admission Form and Submit it.
Alternatively, you can obtain the university’s admission form from any of the following contact points:
- Port Harcourt,
- Abuja,
- Lagos,
- Warri,
- the Admissions Office on the university campus located at Ugbor Road, GRA, Benin City.
BIU Post UTME 2024 Requirements
To be eligible for the Post UTME,
- You must have at least five O’level credit passes, including Mathematics and English. These must be obtained in no more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO, or their equivalent.
- You must have chosen BIU as your first choice of institution. If it wasn’t your first choice of institution, you can change it on the JAMB portal for N2,500 only.
- You must be 16 years of age or above.
- You must have attained the cut off mark of 180 and above.
For DE Students
- General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced level or Higher School Certificate (HSC) with a minimum of two principal papers (at appreciable high grades) of “A” to “C” only, obtained in one sitting in the following subjects: Government, Economics, History, or British Constitution or three subjects in one sitting.
- These grades need to be between “A” and “E”.
- Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) with a credit grade or a minimum of merit grade, including other Diplomas such as social works; law, International Relations, etc., acceptable by the UMB or the Faculty Board.
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized Polytechnic or College of Technology with a minimum of upper credit in a relevant discipline such as Government, Political Science or any Social Science discipline.
- National Certificate of Education (NCE) with specialization in Government or any social science discipline with a minimum of Upper credit.
