Candidates who wish to participate in the Kaduna State University (KASU) Post-UTME screening must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum UTME Score:
- Score at least 170 in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Institution Choice:
- Select KASU as their first choice institution during UTME registration.
- O’ Level Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of five O’ Level credits in relevant subjects, including:

Registration Procedures for KASU Post-UTME
To successfully register for the Kaduna State University (KASU) Post-UTME screening, follow these steps:
- Access the Application Portal
- Visit the KASU application portal (https://applicant.safapply.com/kasu).
- Check Eligibility
- Enter your JAMB registration number to confirm your eligibility status.
- Create or Access Account
- If you are applying for the first time, click on “Create New Account”.
- If you already have an account, click on “Log in to Your Account”.
- Enter Your Details
- Provide your basic information manually or register using your Google Mail Account for convenience.
- Validate Information
- Verify and validate all the information you have entered.
- Make Payment
- Pay the sum of ₦2,000.00 for the screening and aptitude test (excluding bank charges).
- Upload Required Documents
- Upload the following:
- O’ Level result
- Passport photograph
- Signature

- Submit Application
- Preview your application details to ensure accuracy.

Registration Deadline
The registration exercise will commence on Monday, 5th August, 2024 and end on October 7th, 2024.
Important Notes
All eligible candidates MUST upload their O’ Level Results on JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) at an approved JAMB CBT Centre before consideration for admission.
Prospective candidates must have a minimum of Five (5) relevant passes at Credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by recognized Examination Bodies in not more than Two (2) sittings, including a pass at credit level in English and Mathematics.
Direct Entry (DE) candidates shall, in addition to the minimum Five (5) O’ level relevant credits (including English and Mathematics) in relevant programmes applied, also obtain the minimum ‘A’ Level points for the programme.
