- Visit the JAMB CAPS portal on this site.
- Log into JAMB CAPS with your JAMB registration number and password.
- Scroll down to locate the “Check Admission Status” tab and click on it.
- Click on “Admission Status” to check if you have been admitted.
For NMU candidates, your JAMB portal can show one of these three remarks:
- “Congratulations, you have been accepted…”, means you have been admitted into NMU. Click on “Accept” or “Reject” to accept or reject your admission.

- Print out your JAMB admission letter immediately after accepting admission.
- Print your original JAMB result slip.

- If the course you applied for is different from what is available at NMU, do a change of course as soon as possible.
