YSU Admission List 2024: Check 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Supplementary Lists

YSU Admission List 2024: Yobe State University (YSU) has released its admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session. This article provides guidelines on how to check your admission status.

Checking Admission Status on YSU Portal

To check YSU admission list:

1. Visit the YSU website (https://ysu.edu.ng/ysu/admissions/)
2. Click on “Admission”
3. Select “Check Admission Status”
4. Enter your:
   • JAMB registration number
   • Surname (last name)
   • First name (optional)
5. Click “Search”
6. Your admission status will be displayed

Checking Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Steps to Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS Portal:

1. Visit the JAMB CAPS Portal
   Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Log in to Your Profile
   Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
3. Locate the Check Admission Status Tab
   Scroll down and locate the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
4. Click on Admission Status
   Click on the Admission Status option. You may also select “Access My CAPS.”
5. Switch to Desktop Mode (if using a mobile device)
   • Click on the three-dotted menu (⋮) at the top-right corner of your browser.
   • Tick the ‘Desktop Site’ option to switch to desktop mode.
6. View Your Admission Status
   • Click on “Admission Status” to view your admission status.
   • You will see one of the following messages:
     • Case 1: Congratulations
       If you see “Congratulations,” accept or reject your admission and wait for further instructions.
     • Case 2: Admission in Progress
       If you see “Admission in Progress,” be patient. Check back in a few days or weeks for updates.
     • Case 3: Not Admitted
       If you see “Not Admitted,” do not give up. You might still gain admission. Stay hopeful and check back later.

1. 1st Batch Admission List
2. 2nd Batch Admission List
3. 3rd Batch Admission List
4. Supplementary Admission List

What to Do After Admission

1. Accept admission on JAMB CAPS
2. Print JAMB Admission Letter
3. Pay acceptance fee (₦ [insert amount])
4. Complete registration process
