UMYU Admission List 2024: The management of Umar Musa Yar’adua University has released the admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session. The list contains the names of candidates who have been offered admission into various undergraduate programs at the university.

Checking Admission Status through the School’s Website:
- Visit the university’s official website.
- Click on “Admission” from the menu bar.
- Select “Check Admission Status” from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your JAMB registration number or application number in the required field.
- Click on “Check Admission Status” to view your admission status.
How to Check UMYU Admission List on JAMB Portal
To check if you have been offered admission by Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU) on the JAMB portal, follow these steps:
- Go to the JAMB Portal
Visit JAMB e-Facility. - Login to Your JAMB Profile
Enter your username and password to log in to your JAMB profile. - Navigate to Admission Status
Scroll down and click on the “Check Admission Status” tab. - Select Admission Status
Click on “Admission Status.” - Enter Your Examination Year and JAMB Registration Number
- Select your examination year.
- Enter your JAMB registration number.
- Check Your Admission Status
- Click on “Check Admission Status” to view your admission status.
- You will either see:
- “Admission in progress, check back later,”
- “NOT ADMITTED,”
- or “CONGRATULATIONS” if you have been admitted.
Guidelines for Registration
Successful candidates are expected to follow these steps to complete their registration:
- Accept the Admission Offer
- Accept the admission offer via the university’s website or JAMB portal.
- Pay the Approved Acceptance Fee
- Pay the required acceptance fee as specified by the university.
- Print the Admission Letter and Form 01
- After accepting the admission, print out your admission letter and Form 01.
- Proceed for Screening
- Visit the Office of the Registrar, Academic Division, with the following documents for screening:
- Original and photocopies of your credentials.
- WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB scratch card (as applicable).

Screening Details
The screening exercise is scheduled to hold from Monday, 21st October 2024, to Monday, 4th November 2024, at the Office of the Registrar, Academic Division, Senate Building.
Required Documents for Screening
Candidates are expected to come with the following documents for screening:
- Admission Letter
- Duly Completed Form 01
- Receipt of Payment of Acceptance Fee
- Original and Photocopies of Credentials
- O’ Level Result Scratch Card for Online Result Check
Important Notes
- Only candidates who present themselves for verification will be enabled for central registration.
- The due date for the commencement of central registration will be announced soon.
- Candidates who fail to register within the stipulated period will forfeit their admission.
