All Pre-degrees: ₦205,000.00.
JUPEB FOR FACULTIES OF MEDICINE, PHARMACY, HEALTH SCIENCES, SCIENCES, AND BASIC MEDICAL SCIENCES: ₦499,000.00.
JUPEB FOR FACULTY OF LAW: ₦499,000.00.
THE JUPEB FOR FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY: ₦299,000.00.

How To Pay Madonna University School Fees 2024/2025
The Mode of Payment can be divided into 3 stages:
FIRST STAGE – GENERATING INVOICE
- Login to your school portal https://madonna.skool-board.com
- For returning students, Use your matriculation number and unique access code. For new students, enter your application ID if you don’t have a matriculation number yet and SURNAME as the access code.
- Navigate to Payment Menu: Locate and open the “Payment” section.
- Choose Payment Type: Select either “School Fee” or “Others” based on the nature of your Payment.
- Carefully choose the appropriate session and semester for which you are making the payment and click “search”. The system will default to the current academic session.
- Under each menu, select the specific fees you wish to pay. School fees are divided into nine categories; choose the category that corresponds to the payment you need to make.
- Click “VIEW CART” to display a summary of the fees you have selected.
- Double-check that the total amount in the payment summary is accurate.
- Generate the invoice.
SECOND STAGE – MAKING PAYMENTS
Payment can be done in 2 steps:
Bank Payment: Kindly take the invoice to any commercial bank in Nigeria and inform the cashier you want to make payment under the “Interswitch Madonna Scheme”.
Online Payment
- Go to quickteller.com or install the quickteller app on your smart phone.
- In the search bar labelled “Find a biller,” type “Madonna University.”
- Enter Invoice details.
- Once the information supplied above are correct, you will be taken to the page below.
- The page displays the student’s name and the amount to be paid. You’ll be asked to choose your preferred payment method.
All other payment information can be found on Madonna University website.
Important Information
- After payment, print out your fees receipt and RRR, if any.
- Register all courses and print out your course form. Take this for appropriate signing and stamping.
- Your lectures have officially begun.
