FUTO Post UTME 2025/2026: Registration Now Open

The Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), has opened registration for its 2025/2026 Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise.

Eligibility Criteria:

UTME Score: Candidates must have a minimum score of 150 and must have chosen FUTO as their first choice.
O’Level: Candidates must possess at least five credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
Direct Entry (DE): Candidates must have A’Level or National Diploma (ND) qualifications and must have FUTO as their first choice.

Step 1: Visit the FUTO Portal

Step 2: Navigate to the Registration Section

On the homepage, click on “Prospective Students.”
From the dropdown options, select “Undergraduate” to access the Post UTME registration page.

Step 3: Generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Code

Click on “Generate Invoice.”
Enter your JAMB registration number correctly.
Confirm your details and generate the RRR code, which will be used to make your payment.

Step 4: Make Payment

Payment options are available via Remita: you can pay online or at designated banks.
Fee structure:
- ₦15,000 for previous applicants
- ₦17,000 for new applicants
Ensure the payment is successful and keep the payment confirmation receipt.

Step 5: Fill the Application Form

Return to the registration page and access the application form.
Enter your JAMB number and other required personal and academic information.
Double-check all details for accuracy—errors may lead to disqualification.

Step 6: Submit and Print Acknowledgement Slip

After completing the form, click “Submit.”
Print the acknowledgement slip immediately.
Keep a copy for your records, as it may be required during the admission process.
