The Federal University Lokoja (FUL) invites all applicants (UTME and Direct Entry) who applied through JAMB for the 2025/2026 Academic Session, either selecting FUL as their first choice or willing to change their first choice to FUL, to participate in the Post-UTME Screening Exercise.
Screening Portal Timeline:
- Opening Date: Monday, July 28, 2025
- Closing Date: Friday, August 29, 2025
Eligibility for the Screening Exercise
- Applicants must choose FUL as their first choice and participate in the Post-UTME screening.
- A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects is required, obtained in not more than two sittings, except for College of Health Sciences and Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, which require all credits in one sitting.
- Credit in English Language is compulsory for all courses.
- Only applicants who uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB e-Facility can participate in the screening. Uploading must be done at a JAMB Office or JAMB-accredited CBT Centre.
Online Screening Exercise – Point-Based System (PBS)
Due to economic and security considerations, FUL has adopted an Online Screening – Point-Based System (PBS). All applicants are required to complete the screening via the university’s Post-UTME portal.
Instructions for a Successful Screening:
- Upload O’Level Results:
- Must be uploaded on the JAMB portal before accessing the FUL Post-UTME portal.
- Candidates with awaiting results may begin registration but cannot complete the screening until results are uploaded.
- Note: Uploading falsified results will lead to revocation of admission and possible prosecution.
- Valid Email Address:
- Applicants must have a valid personal email address.
- Accessing the Screening Portal:
- Visit: www.fulokoja.edu.ng → Admissions → Undergraduate → Post-UTME Portal.
- Log in using your 2025 JAMB Registration Number to confirm eligibility.
Steps in the Screening Process
- Biodata Page:
- Update personal information.
- DE applicants must update previous academic records as required.
- Payment Page:
- Generate your RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) payment invoice of ₦2,000 for Post-UTME screening.
- Payment can be made via REMITA (ATM card or bank payment).
- Click “Pay Now” to process payment.
- Screening Page:
- Choose your preferred programme from the drop-down list.
- Select the 5 O’Level subjects relevant to your programme.
- Upload O’Level examination details for verification.
- Upon successful upload, your Post-UTME screening result will be displayed.
Important Notices
- Successful completion of the screening does not guarantee admission. The Central Admissions Committee will apply other admission criteria.
- Any falsification or withholding of information will lead to disqualification, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
- Applicants are required to adhere strictly to all instructions provided.
