This is to inform the general public that applications are now being accepted for the FUHSA Post UTME 2024/2025 academic year for all applicants who have been accepted by JAMB and have FUHSA as their first code of institution. The Federal University of Sciences, Azare, Bauchi state requires that you pass this second round of examinations , which also acts as screening. On the school’s website, the form is for sale.
FUHSA Post UTME 2024 Registration Guidelines
Follow these steps to register for the Post UTME:
- Visit the application portal.
- Use your Jamb number as both username and password to log in.
- If you had previously changed your password, use the new one instead.
- For forgotten password, access the Lost Your Password to reset it.
How To Apply For FUHSA Post UTME 2024
- ACCOUNT ACTIVATION: Click on New Application. Enter your name, and a valid phone number. You will be redirected to the login.
- LOGIN: Use your phone number (The one you entered earlier) as your Username as well as password. A successful login will take you to the welcome page.
- PAYMENT: Confirm your information on the page and proceed to select a payment method. After a successful payment, you would proceed to fill your application form. Enter your personal information including your names and other relevant information.
- CHOICE OF PROGRAMME: Select the choice of the programme you want to study from the list of abailable options.
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: You are expected to enter not more than two sittings of O’level Examination results. In addition to the above, DE applicants are expected to enter institution, class of diploma/statement of result obtained (ND, HND, NCE, A’level). You are also expected to enter grade details of relevant O’level results (SSCE/WAEC/GCE/NECO/TCII etc). You are also required to specify the centre number and exam number of all the results you have entered.
- UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH: Upload your recent passport photograph that is very clear and with a plain background. The picture should be a JPEG format and not more than 50kb in size.
- APPLICATION SUBMISSION: Submit the application by clicking on the ‘Submit application’ button. Before final submission of the application, cross check to ensure all the information are correct.
- PRINTING OF APPLICATION FORM: Ensure to print out your application form after submission. The Serial Number on your slip is your Application ID as well as your login username.
Important Information
- While waiting for screening, keep all important documents in good condition
- Registration for online screening begins on the 16th of August, 2024, to the 30th of August, 2024
- Registration form sells for N2,000 only.
