FUHSA Postgraduate List of Courses 2024
The postgraduate school provides admission for postgraduate Diplomas, Master degrees and Ph.Ds in the following schools:
- School of Science
- School of Technology Education
- School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology
- School of Engineering and Engineering Technology
Screening Guidelines
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): At least Second Class Honours degree in Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University or other recognized universities. Holders of HND with at least a Credit Pass.
- Master Degree: Graduates of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa (ATBU) university of any other recognized universities with a minimum of second class honors (CGPA of 3.0). Candidates whose degrees are classified as an average of C or above. Candidates with HND with at least a credit pass in (ATBU).
- Master of Philosophy (M. PhD) and Masters by Research Degrees: At least second class honors in ATBU and relevant industry experience.
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree: Master’s degree from ATBU or other prestigious institutions with at least a CGPA of 3.5.
FUHSA List of Courses 2024 Requirements
To apply for a course and gain admission:
- Candidates must be at least 16 years of age in the year of admission.
- Candidates must score above the cut off mark.
- Candidates must have at least 5 O’level credits including Mathematics and English Language in a maximum of 2 sittings.
