Requirements for All Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes
To qualify for admission into any HND programme at the Federal Polytechnic Offa, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a National Diploma (ND) in the applied programme with at least a Pass Credit.
- Have completed at least one year of post-ND industrial training (two years for candidates with a pass grade).

- or Merit in NCE.
- Candidates with IJMB must score:
- A minimum of five (5) points, or
- Four (4) points (for CPES, FUT Minna) with passes in two relevant subjects.
C. Direct Entry into 300 Level (300L)
