Eligibility Criteria

Here are the eligibility requirements for UTME and Direct Entry candidates:

UTME Candidates:

1. UTME score of 140 or higher
2. Chose BASU as first choice institution
3. Five O’level credits, including English and Mathematics

Direct Entry Candidates:

1. Minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND) or Merit in Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE)
2. Relevant A’level passes or equivalent
3. Five O’level credits, including English and Mathematics

Registration Procedure

How to Complete BASU Online Screening:

1. Visit the BASU Online Screening Portal https://basug_screened.admissions.cloud
2. Click on “New Application”
3. If you already have an account, [LOGIN HERE](insert link)
4. Enter your details:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Other name (optional)
   • JAMB Registration Number
5. Click “Create my account”
6. You will be redirected to the login page. Use your:
   • JAMB Registration Number as both username and password
7. Click “Login”
8. Select “Application Type” and choose “Degree”
9. Enter your:
   • Phone number
   • Email address
10. Verify the information and click “I have verified the above information to be correct and accurate”
11. Click “I Accept”
12. Proceed to make payment using your ATM Card details
13. After payment, you will be redirected to complete your registration

Cut-Off Mark

The cut-off mark for BASU Post UTME is 140.
