MOUAU Post UTME 2025/2026: Comprehensive Guide

Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) invites applications for Post UTME screening for the 2025/2026 academic session.

ELIGIBILITY

• All candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2025/2026 UTME and selected Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) as their First (1st) Choice institution.
• Candidates who initially chose other universities are eligible after changing to MOUAU as their 1st choice on the JAMB Portal.
• Candidates are advised to view the available courses before applying via:

COMMENCEMENT OF REGISTRATION

• Online registration begins on Wednesday, 16th July, 2025.

APPLICATION FEE

• ₦2,000.00 (excluding transaction charges)

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Candidates are to follow the steps below:

1. Visit the University website:
   👉 www.mouau.edu.ng
2. Click on the 2025/2026 Admission Screening banner.
3. Click on the relevant buttons displayed.
4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
5. Provide a valid email address and phone number (candidate or guardian).
6. You will be redirected to the Remita Payment Platform (RPP) where an RRR number will be generated.
7. Make payment of ₦2,000.00 using:
   • Debit/Credit card, OR
   • Cash payment at any bank nationwide using the RRR number.
8. After payment, return to the website to continue registration.

COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORM

• Fill out the online application form completely.
• Select your proposed department and other required details.
• Some fields are pre-filled and cannot be edited.
• Submit the form and print the acknowledgment slip.
• A copy of the submitted form will be sent to your email.

O’LEVEL RESULT UPLOAD

• Candidates must upload their O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) at a JAMB-accredited CBT Centre.
• O’Level results and number of sittings are weighted, so ensure accuracy before submission.
• Candidates awaiting results are advised not to register until results are available.
• Once results are released, candidates must upload them through a JAMB-accredited CBT Centre immediately.

DIRECT ENTRY (DE) CANDIDATES

• Direct Entry candidates must upload their relevant certificates (Original PDF format) during registration.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The University will not be liable for incorrect information provided by candidates.
• Candidates should check the University portal for screening results 14 working days after registration.
• Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for updates on their admission status.
