The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites applications from suitable JAMB UTME candidates for Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION
The following categories of JAMB UTME candidates are eligible to apply:
a. Candidates who selected Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME, chose any of the approved programmes, and scored a minimum of 150.
b. Candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study at the University, provided they scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME.
Note: Candidates in category (b) must carry out a Change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke via the JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and select any of the approved programmes.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Candidates are required to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only.
- Payment must be made using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card.
- Candidates are advised to read all instructions carefully before applying.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE APPLICATION
Candidates are required to upload the following documents:
- Digital passport-size photograph (JPG format)
- O’ Level result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – PDF format
- Local Government Area (LGA) Identification Letter – PDF format
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration – PDF format
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
a. Use a clear digital passport photograph (JPG format).
b. Provide a valid email address and personal phone number.
c. Upload O’ Level scratch card details. Candidates combining two O’ Level results must upload both scratch card details.

The Federal University Otuoke will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications resulting from invalid email addresses or phone numbers.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
The deadline for submission of applications is Friday, 8th August 2025.
DATE OF POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE
The date for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be communicated after completion of the application process and will be indicated on the PUTME Screening Schedule Printout.
DISQUALIFICATION
Any candidate who:
- Fails to upload O’ Level results on JAMB CAPS, or
- Makes false declarations regarding UTME scores, O’ Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), or State of Origin
shall not be considered for admission.
