UNICAL Post UTME Form 2024/2025: Apply Now, Eligibility, Deadline.

The University of Calabar (UNICAL) invites candidates who chose the university as their first choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to apply for the Post UTME screening exercise.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, candidates must:

1.⁠ ⁠Choose UNICAL as first choice in 2024 UTME.
2.⁠ ⁠Score 140 and above in 2024 UTME.
3.⁠ ⁠Have five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects.

NOTE: Interested candidates who did not choose University of Calabar as their first choice but wish to study in the University of Calabar and scored a minimum of 140 in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME, must do a Change of Institution to the University of Calabar via JAMB website www.jamb.org.ng and choose any of the programmes listed in 10 below.

Application Procedures:

The following options are available:

1. E-tranzact option:
   This option is available in all commercial banks nationwide. At the bank your are required to pay and obtain an E-transact PIN. With the PIN log into the portal http://www.myunical.edu.ng and click on the UTME Admission Screening link then follow the instructions on the portal after login.
2. Buy Post-UTME Pin Online option:
   This option gives access to purchase Post-UTME pin from the portal. Click Buy Post-UTME Pin Online to purchase the Post-UTME pin online. Login with the TRANSACTION ID as the PIN into the portal.

Next Step:

After obtaining your printout from the bank or online, proceed as follows:
Go to http://www.myunical.edu.ng and select the UTME Admission Screening link.
On the main page, enter your correct JAMB Registration Number in the specified area.
Fill in the confirmation order number or TRANSACTION ID in the appropriate box.
Click login and adhere to the online instructions.
Verify your entries and then click on SUBMIT.
Don’t forget to print the completed form.

Deadline:

Registration will begine from Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024 when the portal will open for that purpose, and close on Saturday the 31st day of August 2024.

Required Documents:

• a. Candidates are to bring the following for the screening test:
  1. POST-UTME Screening Schedule Printout
  2. 2024/2025 JAMB UTME Result Slip
• b. DO NOT bring the following items into the screening test hall:
  1. Mathematical tables
  2. Calculators
  3. Smart phones & Smart-watches
  4. Bags of any kind
